1. Order Cancellations
Since Tap2Biz offers **digital business cards** with **instant activation**, cancellations are not possible once payment is completed.
2. Refund Policy
We offer **refunds only** in the following cases:
- ❌ **Duplicate Payment** – If you were charged twice for the same order.
- ❌ **Technical Error** – If there was a payment processing failure that resulted in non-activation.
- ❌ **Service Non-Delivery** – If you do not receive access to your digital business card within **24 hours**.
3. No Refunds for Activated Business Cards
Once your **digital business card is activated**, the payment is **non-refundable** as the service is delivered instantly.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

- 🔍 We will review your request and process the refund **within 5-7 business days**.
5. Payment Disputes
